The new automated email system marked a significant improvement in user engagement and application completion rates. The test group, subjected to the new automated system, showed a 9% uplift in conversion from start to finish of the application, and a 10% increase from application start to loan offer, compared to the control group which did not receive any follow-up emails. This strategy reduced the manual effort previously required and enhanced the efficiency and output of Funding Circle’s loan processing capabilities.
